2. Registration for Dental Hygienists Qualified from other EEA Member States

Please return the completed registration form together with:

•  A copy of your Certificate/Diploma in Dental Hygiene.

•  A letter of good standing from the Registration Board in whose jurisdiction you last practised as a dental hygienist.

•  Details of the training programme in dental hygiene undertaken by you.

Remittance of €30.00.
