Launch of Dental Complaints Resolution Annual Report
The Dental Complaints Resolution Service has recently published its 2025 Annual Report. The report was launched by Mr Justice David Barniville, the president of the High Court. The Dental Complaints Resolution Service assists dental patients and participating dentists to resolve complaints about dental services.
It is an independent service provided and it aims to resolve complaints fairly, efficiently, transparently and quickly by working with the patient and dentist involved.
The Dental Council has a good working relationship with the service and it recognises that it plays a very important role for both the patient and dentist to resolves problems that may have arisen during treatment. The Dental Council congratulates the service on another successful year.
