The annual retention fee for all auxiliary dental workers may be paid now. The annual retention fees are:
Dental Nurses – €20
Dental Hygienists – €35
Orthodontic Therapists – €30
Clinical Dental Technicians – €55
Please ensure you pay the retention fee payment and not an application fee. The retention fees and the application fees are for different amounts and are processed in different ways by the Dental Council. If the application fee is paid in error, it will only be refunded after the 3-month application period and the retention of your name in the register may be jeopardised.
